STEP 5 | STORE DESIGN
Following your selection of one of our 4 packages, we will design and layout your space. We provide floor plans as well as 3D drawings.
STEP 6 | TRAINING
You will train in our flagship store. After years of classroom training we realized the best training experience comes with working in an fully operational environment. Training is 3 to 4 days depending on package selection
STEP 7 | STORE BUILDOUT
After the lease is signed we will set up a date to build out your store. We are responsible for all Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment and Inventory.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Donna Maertens and Garrett Bauman have more than 70 years of combined retail experience. After years in the restaurant franchise and consulting industry, Donna decided to open her own business. She spent months diligently researching businesses to own and decided on the mail & print industry for many reasons. The biggest of which was buying into an independent business and not a franchise. Donna's stores are now among the top grossing stores among independents in the industry. Recently Donna learned the company that helped to developed her store was closing due to the passing of the owner. She reached out to their former National Development Director, Garrett Bauman, who worked with her opening her first store. Garrett has opened over 125 mail & print stores nationally and accepted Donna's offer to work together. They then brainstormed on the challenges and oversights of a typical mail & print store and implemented critical upgrades, add-ons and the latest technology to make Turnkey Stores of America's new "turnkey" packages the most state of the art and contemporary in the industry.
